Coach Training Reimbursement
Canada Soccer has implemented the Standards of Quality Soccer for soccer organizations throughout Canada. The goal is to provide developmentally appropriate, safe, enjoyable, and inclusive playing environment for all participants. As part of this, Canada Soccer is requiring training for all team officials (coaches, assistants and team managers). SWEMSA will support your training by reimbursing you for the cost of your training.

NCCP Number
SWEMSA will also require you to provide us with your NCCP number. If you are not sure if you have one or have forgotten what your NCCP number is, please use the NCCP look up to retrieve it – HERE
If you don’t have a number, please register to create one.

How to Get Reimbursed
Once you have completed a course please fill out this FORM to let us know of your completion so that we can record it and provide you with a reimbursement for the cost.
To submit a reimbursement:
- Please fill out this FORM (or copy and paste to your browser https://forms.office.com/r/B5z5vF0QfS)
- Please save your receipt(s) in the following format as instructions will be sent to you via email regarding how to upload your receipt(s). Replace the text inside the parentheses.

Note: Short forms for the courses can be use in the file name
RIS – Respect in Sport
MED – Making Ethical Decisions
AS – Active Start
FUN – FUNdamentals
L2T – Learn to Train
S4L – Soccer for Life
